How To keep yourself Healthy wealthy & Happy

There is no such better life without a good health. Health is the most important thing for a better life. Happiness has got different meaning to different people. Some people think that they may live happily if they have more money. But, health is wealth. Without money you cannot recover health.If we have health, we probably will be happy and if we have both health and happiness we have all the wealth we need. Happiness lies first of all in health.A Healthy person is happy in your life.If we are healthy then we will also happy & welthy.


Here are a few simple tips for keeping healthy and happy -

Think Positive -If you want to become healthy and wealthy then think positive always. Your body reacts to your mood and state of mind. An unhappy person is more prone to fatigue and other illnesses. Adapt a positive lifestyle and be happy and content with who you are.

DrinkMore Water- Keep your body well-hydrated by drinking a lot of water throughout the day. Water is actually a miracle drink that aids many of your bodily functions like getting rid of toxins, eliminating wastes, regulating body temperature, lubrication of body joints, assisting in digestion processes, and much more. This is one drink you should indulge in all day and every day!Our bodies are about 75% water. It is a vital part of a healthy person.


Avoid Smoking and Drinking - Remove negativities from your life if you want to be happy and healthy. Drinking and smoking can lead to multiple diseases and illnesses and have negative effects on your body. It is generally seen that those who smoke and drink heavily are susceptible to heart attacks, cancer, high blood pressure and diabetes.

Exercise Regularly - A good half hour of regular exercise and aerobics workout can do wonders for you. Exercise is essential to keep your body fit. Running, cycling, swimming and brisk walking are some of the ways by which you can reduce fat and burn excess calories.

Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables—foods high in complex carbohydrates, fiber, vitamins, and minerals, low in fat, and free of cholesterol. Try to get fresh, local produce


Don’t be the food police- You can enjoy your favorite sweets and fried foods in moderation, as long as they are an occasional part of your overall healthy diet. Food is a great source of pleasure, and pleasure is good for the healthy body.



Relax - Stress leads to many physical and mental disorders. Keep it at bay with deep breathing, leisurely strolls, meditation, chanting, and listening to music. Other ways to relax include socializing, traveling, talking to friends, or basically doing anything that pleases you and makes you feel good.
