Heart Attack

Warning Signs :-

. Uncomfortable pressure fullness squeezing or pain in the center in the chest lasting 2 minutes or longer.

. Pain may radiate to the shoulder, arm ,neck, or jaw.

. Sweating may accompany pain or discomfort .

. Nausea and vomiting also may occur .

. Shortness of breath ,dizziness , or fainting may accompany other sign.

Stroke- Warning Sign:-

. Sudden numbness or weakness of face, arm or leg especially on one side of body .

. Sudden confusion , trouble speaking or understanding .

. Sudden trouble seeing in one or both eyes .

. sudden trouble walking ,dizziness , loss of balance or coordination .

. Sudden severe headache with no known cause.
